Artist: Culture Killer
Country: Daytona Beach, Florida
Album: Throes Of Mankind
Genre: Death Metal/Hardcore
I'm downloading this as we speak. I heard one song and was surprised at the brutality of it, so i figured I would get it. I can't give this me seal of approval because I've only heard one song, so hopefully this album isn't gonna suck after I take the time to post it.

Country: Arlington, Virginia
Album: Luck Of The Corpse
Genre: Death Metal/Thrash
When is the last time I posted some old shit? It's been quite a while for sure. The legendary, yet forgotten, Deceased put out this monster of an album way back in 1992. A true early act of death metal that has since been overshadowed by bigger, more successful bands. However, popularity means nothing when it comes to quality. They are a death metal act with heavy influences of thrash and grind. I've also read that they were the first band that Relapse Records ever signed. So put down your old Autopsy records for a day and spin some classic Deceased!

I just watched this movie the other night. It's a fucking awesome Australian crime thriller. Check it out in 1080p below. Some Australian films I have trouble following all of this dialog because of their accents, but this one the accents aren't too heavy. Full of plot twists and it keeps you wanting to watch it and see what happens next.

Artist: Assemble The Chariots
Country: Helsinki, Finland
Album: World Architects [EP]
Genre: Symphonic Deathcore
Deathcore is so hit or miss, and there's so many terrible bands in the scene. Occasionally a really sick band pops up and blows all the mediocre shit out of the water. Assemble The Chariots is that band and they are gonna fuck some shit up. Their blackened symphonic deathcore is so heavy, and i've had it on repeat for the past few days. It's comparable to the sound Born Of Osiris had on "The Discovery" before they took a massive leap into mediocrity. Pick up this 3-track EP and lets give this band some momentum towards a debut full length!

Genre: Sludge Metal/Doom Metal
Here's some brutal ass Russian sludge to fuck your day up. The album cover is sickkk, and the music is pretty nice too. They kinda remind me of Bongzilla, just way heavier. Get the bongloads ready for these long, slow, shrill tracks.

Country: Oregon/California, USA
Album: Deeper Than Sky
Genre: Heavy Metal/Power Metal/Blackened Crust Punk
Yes, the genres make no sense. It's fucking weird. Track 1 and 2 don't even sound like the same band. However, weird is always worth checking out. This shit bangs hard, and please check these boys out.

Country: New York, New York
Album: La Di Da Di
Genre: Math Rock/Electronic/Post-Rock
So i met this cool new chick and she wanted to go to a show, so I was frantically trying to find the closest show to take her too. I didn't really know her, and she wasn't the usual chick i hang with. I go to a lot of shows, and the majority are some heavy ass death metal or punk shows. Being how she's not the usual chick I chill with, I was unsure how she would take a show like that, so I just started checking out random bands that were coming. I came across Battles, which seemed like a safe choice, being kinda artsy and shit. Needless to say I nailed it (no pun) and she loved the show. However, I didn't realize the gold mine I had uncovered by checking out this band. I've had the album for about a week, just trying to brush up on them before I actually went to see them. It's really grown on me and i'm jammin' this shit all the time now. They're all former members of other bands, but the drummer is from Helmet, and he is sick. They have a couple of other albums I need to get, but definitely give this a shot.

Artist: Big K.R.I.T.
Country: Meridian, Mississippi
Album: It's Better This Way
Genre: Rap/Hip Hop
The "King Remembered In Time" has returned yet again. The last thing he left us with was his second full length "Cadillactica." I wasn't a huge fan of it, and it's probably my least liked release he has ever put out. However, K.R.I.T. is all about the mixtapes, he truly shines with the freedom they allow him. Now this is no "Return Of 4eva," but it is indeed dope. I've only listened to this once, so it might grow on me even more. It will definitely be on heavy rotation for me in the coming weeks. Grab a blunt, grab a brew, kick back with some buddies, and let this shit flow.
